You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction through use of this Service.

Products & Services

BrandUp provides custom and made-to-order products, including but not limited to apparel, merchandise, printed materials, signage, and branding-related goods.

Because many products are produced specifically to customer specifications:

All custom products are final sale (see our Return & Refund Policy)
Production timelines may vary based on order size, materials, and approval timing
Slight variations in color, finish, or materials may occur and are considered normal

Vehicle Wraps & Installations

BrandUp provides vehicle wraps, graphics, and installation services using industry-standard materials and techniques. By purchasing wrap-related products or services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Vehicle wraps are temporary, cosmetic applications and are not permanent.
Longevity and performance depend on multiple factors outside of BrandUp’s control, including vehicle condition, paint quality, exposure to weather, driving habits, and maintenance.
BrandUp is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, bodywork issues, rust, failing clear coat, or aftermarket paint that may affect adhesion or removal.
Removal of wraps may result in paint lifting or damage on vehicles with non-factory paint or compromised surfaces. This risk is assumed by the customer.
Wrap color, finish, and texture may vary slightly due to material batches, lighting conditions, and viewing angles.

Installation & Care

Installation timelines are estimates and may vary.
The customer is responsible for following provided care instructions.
Damage caused by improper care, pressure washing, automated car washes, chemicals, or misuse is not covered.

No Guarantees on Wrap Lifespan

BrandUp does not guarantee a specific lifespan for vehicle wraps. Environmental exposure, usage conditions, and maintenance play a significant role in durability.

Final Sale

Vehicle wraps, graphics, and installation services are custom, made-to-order services and are non-refundable once production or installation has begun, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or installation error caused by BrandUp.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

Modify pricing at any time without notice
Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
Cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices

Payment is due in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sales Tax

BrandUp complies with applicable state and local sales tax laws. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where required.

Artwork, Proofs & Approvals

For custom orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, and specifications prior to production.

Once approval is given:

The order is considered final
BrandUp is not responsible for errors present in approved files
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or delays

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase and approval is not guaranteed. Any approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or design fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

BrandUp is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, logos, graphics, text, and imagery, is the property of BrandUp Co., LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Customers confirm that any artwork, logos, or content they provide:

They own or have legal rights to use
Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

BrandUp is not liable for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandUp Co., LLC from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
