Pre-Made Orders: We accept returns for pre-made (aka non-customized) items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition. Please email support@brandupshop.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned goods.

Custom-Made Orders: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-made items.
That said, we stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your order. If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll make it right.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund:
-Items with printing defects or production errors
-Incorrect items received (ex. size or color is different than what was ordered)
-Damaged items upon arrival


What does NOT qualify:
-Incorrect sizes selected at the time of order
-Spelling, design, or approval errors after mockup approval
-Color variations due to screen vs. print differences
-Change of mind after order is placed
